Role Summary:

In this role, you will need to have a clear understanding of Iontra’s products and technology, and the target customer’s careabouts. You’ll need to demonstrate how Iontra’s offerings work with the customer’s system. You'll need to establish the needs of the customer and recommend and demonstrate products. You will be responsible for forecasting and meeting/beating revenue goals at your market and customers. You should be able to develop an excellent relationship with our existing customers and source new clients. You should be knowledgeable about competing products and able to communicate technical features and differentiators to non-technical clients. You should be able to work closely in a cross-functional environment to communicate and deliver on customer requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

·       Develop and drive execution of a customer penetration and revenue strategy exhibiting the following characteristics:

·       Responsible for meeting revenue goals and communicating progress to the leadership team

·       Developing, forecasting, and monitoring a strategic long-term plan for revenue growth at your market/customer base

·       Building good and long-lasting customer relationships and managing all commercial aspects

·       Understand Iontra’s commercial/technical benefits and convert these into customer benefits to win more business

·       Build up a close partnership with the Field Applications Engineer (FAE) to win new business together

·       Using technical knowledge to drive customer engagement and support the FAE to find the right solution for the customer

·       Leverage market knowledge and data insights to discover business and independently develop creative ways to discover new opportunities

·       General system understanding to be able to identify how and which Iontra solutions can fit into the customer’s product(s) ecosystems

·       Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable to various functions from procurement to product management to engineering management

·       Demonstrate ability to manage customer development of products (path to revenue) and driving resolution to any issues that may arise

·       Keep customers informed about Iontra’s roadmap

·       Develop and maintain key customer account plans and relationship matrices including meeting minutes and contact information

·       Up to 25% of travel required

 

You’ll Need These Qualifications:

 

·       A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science

·       A minimum of 3 years of business development experience at a technology/technical product company

·       Demonstrated technical knowledge and understanding of how products work.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Ability to identify, develop and follow up on customer leads

·       Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals

·       Knowledge of sales promotion techniques

·       Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance

Role Summary:

We are searching for a System Applications Engineer (SAE) with experience in power supply design or digital power control systems, who has the passion and excitement to grow, innovate and take an active role in shaping the business strategy, defining differentiated products, and providing system-level support to customers. The SAE provides customers with complete charge control semiconductor solutions, often in the form of a reference design. The SAE works closely with sales and marketing to demonstrate to customers how Iontra’s products can be integrated efficiently within a system. You will provide technical expertise directly to critical customers as well as develop solutions to be used by the general market. This is a full-time role, located in Centennial, CO, office and you’ll be a key part of our fast-paced startup team!

Minimum Qualifications:

 

·       Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant role

·       Understanding of, and experience, with system design, including defining system-level requirements and evaluating engineering trade-offs

·       Understanding of digital power controllers across various power delivery topologies

·       Understanding of MCUs and how they integrate into various electronic devices and products such as smartphones, printers, eBikes, EVs, etc.

·       Knowledge in structured and/or object-oriented programming (C, C++)

·       Understanding of, and experience in embedded debugging techniques and practices

·       Knowledge in fundamentals of engineering economics and business principles

 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience in consumer electronics and/or automotive domains on charge control applications

·       Knowledge and experience in power electronic systems design

·       Experience with GaN based power systems

·       Knowledge and experience in Functional Safety

·       Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Silicon Development

Location: Plano, TX or Centennial, CO (hybrid)

Role Summary:

In this role, you’ll be tasked with performing essential duties as a project manager launching new integrated circuit (IC) products using Iontra’s patented technology. You’ll coordinate across technical, sales & marketing, supply chain, and executive teams in addition to customers and suppliers to ensure your programs are on track. Success will be measured by projects being delivered on time, within budget, with high customer satisfaction, and meeting project requirements. This is a full-time role located in our Plano, TX office in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

·         Manage Iontra chip development projects from concept to production release and go to market, meeting schedule and cost budgets

·         Work with a cross functional team to successfully manage lead customer engagements in the development phase of the product

·         Actively identify risks, quantify the potential impact, and drive development of mitigation plans

·         Ensure the silicon development process is followed including necessary deliverables to pass phase gates

·         Analyze critical constraints

·         Lead resource planning and work with functional managers to resolve resource conflicts

·         Regularly communicate program status to the executive leadership team, identifying any assistance needed to ensure program success

·         Work with management to keep motivation high, celebrate achievements, and help the team adapt to change.

·         Propose creative solutions if a project hits a critical impasse.

·         Produce lookback reports and capture lessons learned to identify best practices and improvement areas for future programs.

 

You’ll Need These Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering required. Electrical Engineering preferred

·         At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, low power and / or mixed signal product experience preferred

  • Experience working in silicon/semiconductor design industry

·         ASIC design experience in Micro architecture/RTL/DV/DFT

  • Good understanding of process technologies and device physics

·         Hands on experience in STA

·         Experience in multiple tape outs and successfully taking projects from concept to silicon

·         Understanding of IPs and IP integration and working with EDA, third party IP vendors

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

·         Technical management experience

·         Management presentation experience

·         DFT and Physical design experience are a plus

·         Low power design experience is a huge plus.

·         Security and Safety experience are a plus

·         Management experience in various phases in chip development, investigation to tape out, and silicon debug.
