Iontra’s technology allows batteries to be charged well below 0°C, where most applications shut down charging altogether.
A benefit to the environment? You bet. Better cold weather performance means less heating energy to bring batteries to a charging temperature, (particularly for EVs), and less need to swap battery packs for products like power tools and backup power supplies.
