Iontra Inc. SMS Privacy Notice

Iontra Inc. respects the privacy of employees who choose to participate in its SMS notification program.

Iontra may collect and process an employee’s mobile telephone number, SMS enrollment status, consent information, opt-in and opt-out records, and information necessary to deliver and administer employment-related SMS notifications.

This information is used to provide HR-related SMS notifications, maintain employee communication preferences, document consent and opt-out requests, troubleshoot messaging issues, and administer the SMS notification service.

Iontra does not sell mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information. Mobile information and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Iontra may provide information to service providers acting on Iontra’s behalf when necessary to operate the SMS notification service, including HR information system providers, telecommunications providers, and messaging service providers. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to Iontra and subject to applicable contractual and security requirements.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Employees may withdraw their consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to an Iontra SMS message. For assistance, employees may reply HELP or contact Iontra Human Resources at HR@Iontra.com.

Participation in the SMS notification program is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.
