Iontra Inc. SMS Notification Terms

These SMS Notification Terms govern optional employment-related text messages sent by Iontra Inc. (“Iontra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to employees who have chosen to receive SMS notifications.
1. SMS Notification Program
Iontra may use SMS text messaging to provide employees with timely administrative and Human Resources communications.
Messages may include timesheet submission or approval reminders, timekeeping notifications, benefits and enrollment reminders, HR announcements, employment-related deadlines, and similar administrative notifications.
The SMS notification program is not used to send advertising, marketing, or promotional messages.
2. Voluntary Enrollment and Consent
Participation in Iontra’s SMS notification program is voluntary.
Employees may enroll by providing a mobile telephone number and affirmatively selecting the SMS consent option provided through Iontra’s HR information system or another authorized enrollment method.
Consent to receive SMS notifications is not a condition of employment and is not required to access employment benefits or HR services through other available channels.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on HR activities and deadlines. Employees may receive recurring messages, including weekly timekeeping or timesheet reminders and additional messages when benefits enrollment, HR announcements, deadlines, or other employment-related events require notification.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on the employee’s wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
Iontra does not charge employees to participate in the SMS notification program.
5. Opting Out
Employees may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to an Iontra SMS message.
After an opt-out request is processed, the employee will no longer receive messages through the SMS notification program. A final confirmation message may be sent confirming the opt-out.
Opting out of SMS notifications will not affect the employee’s employment status, benefits, access to UKG Ready, or ability to receive HR information through other available communication channels.
An employee may subsequently choose to enroll again through an authorized Iontra enrollment method.

7. Mobile Number Changes
Employees are responsible for maintaining an accurate mobile telephone number in Iontra’s HR information system.
Employees should update or remove their mobile number if the number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer under their control.
8. Privacy
Iontra uses employee mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information for purposes related to providing the SMS notification program and administering employment-related communications.
Iontra does not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information and does not share such information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers that assist Iontra in delivering and operating the SMS notification service, including Iontra’s HR and telecommunications service providers, as necessary to provide the service.

9. Delivery
SMS delivery is subject to wireless network availability and the employee’s wireless carrier. Delivery of a particular message is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Employees remain responsible for reviewing required HR information, deadlines, and notifications through Iontra’s official HR systems and communication channels.
10. Changes to These Terms
Iontra may update these SMS Notification Terms periodically to reflect changes in the notification program, applicable requirements, or service providers.
Material changes affecting employee participation in the SMS notification program will be communicated through appropriate Iontra channels.
